It is the dog days of summer. Everyone is on the beach and having a good time. Everyone but Jesus. He is still at work. Staying faithful to the word. Making sure all of His promises are kept. At 2jesus we have received healing after healing. July was a wonderful month. I know of three healing of cancer just this last week. Also a bad back was healed.

Thank you Jesus. Thank you my Savior ...

We had to stop the free Bibles for a few months. We just ran out of money. We plan to start again before October. So pray for the finances to come in. There are so many hungry souls out there waiting for the word ... If everyone had a computer it would be great, they could just read the Bible off of the net. However most of the Bibles that we have sent out are from people without computers. They find out about us through a friend that has received and then they find someone who will send their request in for them.

I will tell you two short stories. Demons and Tongues.

Demons ...

I had a friend who is now passed on. We use to go fishing together and I would sometimes try to tell her about Jesus. She said she did not want to hear about it. And then would get mad if I did not quit. So I would shut up and fish. I thought maybe she would see how my life had been changed and come around.

Well she got cancer. She had kemo and lost all of her hair. She also just got worse. She was now bed ridden, she did not have the strength to get out. I would go see her and tell her about the fish and what the water had looked like. I also told her how Jesus had healed me and I could show her how she too could be healed. Again she said she did not want to hear about it and if I did not stop, just do not come anymore.

So I never told her anymore about Jesus and she was moved to a nursing home with Hospice to die. I went to see her most everyday and we never talked of healing or Jesus. One day I came in and you could see she was frightened. She said, "Ferd do you see them?" I said, where? "On the foot of my bed, there are demons and they are waiting for me." I did not see anything but I am sure they were just as she said.

Later that night she accepted Jesus and the next night she was dead. But she was no longer frightened. She died happy ...

I share this with you to tell you how wonderful Jesus is. He does not want to loose any of us. Even if we did not live our lives for Him. He gave my friend a gift. He let her look into the Spirit world. She saw what was around her. The demons waiting to take her to Hell. It was a last chance to take the time left and grab hold tight to Jesus. Thank God she took it. Thank you Jesus for giving her this last chance ...

Tongues ...

Beverly and I were studying tongues. We were reading a group of passages about the subject. One was 1 Corinthians 14-2 For anyone who speaks in a tongue does not speak to men but to God. Indeed, no one understands him; he utters mysteries with his spirit.

Well I have asked for the gift of interpretation and so there is a lot that I can understand. However there are many things that are a mystery and I do not know what I say. Beverly thought it was strange. What good did it do If I did not understand everything God and I were talking about. Well I said that I did not believe that the Devil could understand this language. As the bible says you speak to God. That would let us pray without the Devil interfering with God and our plan. And I am sure there are some things God does not me to know about.

Then for some reason I started praising God and went right into the Spirit. Then tears started coming into my eyes and Beverly was asking what the matter was. I said I just found out another reason we speak to God in mysteries. Our spirit remembers what God is like and if we had all of this knowledge and knew everything we were saying to God and what He was telling us, we would be so homesick and long to be with our Father so badly that we would be miserable here on earth.

Now Beverly thinks that sometimes I get carried away with my love for Jesus. Maybe she is right because I spend most of my day with him. And I see no other way to live. Praise God, I do love Him so ... I hope I can lead you into this love affair with me. Because you can have Heaven right here on earth.
