This is 2Jesus' first news letter. You are among the very first to visit this site. I hope you enjoy it and that The Lord fills your heart with His love and strength. If you will pray with me we will start this site off with a prayer.
Heavenly Father, thank you for your support in putting 2Jesus on the World Wide Web. Thank you most of all for Jesus, to whom this site is dedicated. May The Holy Spirit always guide the writers of the columns on this site, that we may always put fourth the message YOU want told to your children. We pray that people that need your word will come to us. We pray that their lives will be enriched, filled with love, be healed and prosper under your guiding hand. Most of all we pray that they will find Jesus, and know the enormity of His love for us. That He died and rose again so we might live. And only through Him are we worthy to be called your children. Thank you Father. We pray in Jesus precious name, Amen.
I want to thank our webmaster Jeff Tanner for working on Saturdays and before and after work to get this site up. Sharing his talent with us for no cost 2Jesus. We would never have such a nice site without his talent.
We are starting with mostly my experiences with the Lord. As we progress we will supplement this with others who love Jesus and want to share their experiences with Jesus. If you would like to add your testimony or input to this site please E-mail us.
2Jesus was dedicated on August, 27th, 1998. A very special day for Beverly and I. Forty two years ago was the day that Jesus preformed His first miracle in our newly married life.
Our first son, Ben, started breathing before he was born. He was literally drowning before he could be born. As soon as he was out of the womb, the doctors started pumping out his lungs and trying to revive him. Through the prayers of Beverly, myself and my mother and father, Jesus' love brought Ben to life. The doctors said that because of the lack of air for so long that Ben would lose some of his mental ability. But the doctors didn't know the power of Jesus. Ben is one of the smartest people I know. And definitely one of the sweetest. Through him, he has led us to the Internet and given us the opportunity of reaching millions of people throughout the world. So we felt that August, 27th was the perfect day to bring 2Jesus to life.
A very special day to share Jesus' love.
